A non-refundable deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before production begins.

Because every piece is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation under any circumstances.

You'll receive your first proof within five business days of my receiving your content form. Once the design is approved, printing turnaround is up to two weeks — though I always aim to have pieces out as soon as possible. I do my best to deliver within these timeframes, but custom orders may take a little longer.

You are responsible for carefully checking all wording, spelling, names, and dates on your digital proofs — written email approval is the final sign-off on the designs exactly as they appear. Jessie jpgs is not liable for errors, omissions, or mistakes discovered after approval, regardless of the wording supplied. If a correction is needed post-approval, the design will be revised but the cost of reprinting sits with you.

If the final prints don't match the approved proof — a printing error on my end — I'll reprint the affected pieces free of charge and fast-track delivery as soon as possible to make it right.

Sent via Australia Post with tracking, or Sydney pickup on request. Jessie jpgs is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss once a parcel is with the carrier.

All artwork remains the property of Jessie jpgs and may not be reproduced or resold. Only the information needed to complete your order is collected, and it is never shared.
